TravelPack Privacy Policy

TravelPack is operated by MioTech. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, Travel ID, email, phone, photo, birthday, address, hometown
• Trip content: TravelPacks, chat, photos/videos, stories, stamps, friends, invites
• Booking details: searches, bookings, receipts, and traveler info needed to book
• App identifiers: account ID and push notification token

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to run TravelPack: accounts, trips, messaging, bookings, notifications, support, security, and in-app personalization. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party ad tracking.

Who we share it with

We share information with service partners only as needed to operate the app, such as Firebase, Stripe, travel booking providers, and tools used for maps, images, or in-app assistance. Content you share in trips or on your profile can be seen by other users based on your settings.

Your choices

• Update or delete account information in Settings
• Control notification permissions on your device
• Email us to request access, correction, or deletion

Kids

TravelPack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
